It's official! Hull is now a Transition Initiative

Hull is now a Transition Town Initiative

"And to all of you - all around the world! - t
hanks so much for strengthening our growing network with your community initiative. This new set of "official" initiatives is truly wonderful - so many great people, so much excellent work already underway. We're constantly amazed at the people who are stepping up into the core groups - reading through the biographies is a truly humbling - and inspiring - experience. Y'know, mebbe we really are going to succeed in creating this ambitious future we've all chosen to pursue."

Transition Ideas by Les Wallace

I have been forwarded this information from a few sources and it is well worth reading the six pages of A4 that I have visually edited it to. Some of the ideas are original, the rest a good reminder of their existence. As it is so long here is the link to the documents posting on the net. Copy and paste this into the address bar at the top of the web page and then press entre key.

Then go to ‘view online’ tab.

This is the first time I have done this so please let me know if it works for you or not?

Thanks

Sarah

MASTT, a good example

We will be needing someone that will be able to construct us a website.

Marsden & Slaithwaite Transition Towns (MASTT)are a new initiative and I feel we can use this as an example...

have a look, it's a nice and straight forward site.
